Performance Painting Contractors interview questions

I put in an application, received a call the next day to go over some preliminary questions such as if I had a car and If I could pass a back ground and drug test. Then we scheduled an interview . In the interview I sat down one on one with the person who later became my manager and we went over some questions about my skill levels and what I was looking for in the role and then they explained what they needed and he tasks that would be expected. I received an email offering me the position and going over hourly wages.
