Straightforward process. Phone screen with the recruiter. Followed by technical interview over Google Hangout with the CTO. Finally, one onsite where you get to join the entire eng team for lunch and code for two hours. If you do well, they let you know very quickly. My entire process from phone screen to offer was 2.5 days. I found the questions to be fair and language agnostic; they test your problem-solving skills. All technical rounds are open-book/internet, and the interviewers are super friendly and encourage you to ask questions. You'll get plenty of hints!
