1st round with the recruiter presenting the job, pay rate, location. 2nd round over the phone with the team 3rd round on site - presenting the facility and office + work needed on daily basis They presented the job with one salary, came back with an offer 40% lower (YES, FORTY %) then claing that if working overtime Saturdays and Sunday I can reach out to the initial promised salary! I guess managers in this company are robots and they don't have personal life, therefore, EVERYONE is required to follow their lifestyle! If you get a job offer from these guys... save yourself from headache and ignore them!
