The interview was in person. It was a couple of rounds. The people were friendly but you needed to do your research to even be considered for the role. Overall a positive experience.

What is one of the biggest risks in the US market over the last 5 years
First was an HR screening call followed by interview with the hiring manager and a team member. The interview covered previous experience and competency levels with the skills required for the role.
