It was first a call with the recruiter after my application submission, then I was scheduled to have an interview with an Engineering Manager from Personio.
I was asked to analyze and give an approach to solving a real word problem the company is trying to solve.

Interview
Personio's hiring process is long, but smooth and organized. I felt comfortable doing it because after each step I received feedback and they respond quickly.
It has been an amazing and positive experience.

They ask you about your technical knowledge, the experiences you have had and what you have learned from each of them.

Interview
- The process took around a month and was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
- It consisted of: introductory call, technical interview, take-home exam + follow up interview, and 3 cultural/fit interviews.
- Everyone was very helpful, kind, and responsive.
- Possible Improvement: Sometimes, the interviewers that were in the actual call were different than the names I received in the email for the interview. I'd suggest to doublecheck and send the full names of the interviewers in the email, so the candidate can know what to expect and won't be surprised.
