Perspecsys interview questions

Lengthy interview with technical java questions. Some were of the gotcha variety that probably weren't useful for screening, but most were fair. Covered threading, try/catch, generics, collections, string manipulation etc etc. It was thorough, but nothing to be concerned with if you know your stuff. They didn't ask much about me or my work history. They didn't offer much about the actual position. They didn't do a good job selling themselves to me (interviews are a two-way street).

The process consisted of four interviews - one with Human Resources, two with Marketing and a final interview with the VP of EMEA - all of them were based around how my knowledge, skills and experience would fit with the organizations' needs. The interviews were held via the telephone (which makes sense as the role is based around telephone interaction).
