Review of resume called my references first.
Then a phone interview with a offer for a in person interview.
The in person interview was about 5 hours. Part one on one some with employees and management. Demonstrations of my skills with blood draws I've placement, restraint. Knowledge of radiology and anesthesia. My ability to interact with client on my own.
