I was contacted by a head hunter for the company which was a 2 hour phone interview that I passed next was another phone interview with the business partner. The final step was with the district manager who made it painfully obvious he was not interested in what I had to offer. I later found out it was because of the company I come from which is Target. I was blown away from the waste of time and discrimination these people put me through.
