Met with Senior Leadership and the Sales manager. Their questions were all pretty basic interview questions.
When I asked my final question of the sales manager, he floored me with his response (negatively).
I asked about management style, etc....
The I asked "Why should I work for you personally?"
He then tried to turn it as to why do I want to work for him. I asked him this question so to know what his investment was in the people under him. He had no clue as to why I should work for him.
I have had too many bad managers, they have no vision, no purpose and they believe that the sales force is there to provide them with an income and bonuses.
