Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PetSmart
Interview
The interview process was very low-stress, and I spoke with both the assistant manager and the store manager. Most of the questions were situational or asked about your personality. Nothing unexpected, however it was lengthy compared to other interviews I've had. They had me wait in the store after the interview to discuss my answers and then about 10 minutes later called me back in the office to offer me a job.

very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

Interview
I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
