interviewed with operations manger in the office. Was a friendly environment and the questions were fair. Had to take a drug test as well as a back ground check. I was in sales for years prior to this interview and I had worked at this particular store for 10 years. I knew the employees very well and they knew me and my work ethic.
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
