Interviewed with two managers. Did a role playing exercise to see how I would interact with customers. Was asked basic "tell me about a time" questions. Interview was pretty laid back. Learned a lot about the company and charities its involved with. Interviewed and hired next day.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
