Online applications really count with this company. You'll get a phone call, don't show up in person over and over, it's really creepy. You'll be called in for an interview, sometimes hired on the spot, other times you'll get a call a few days later.

Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
