Interview
Initial interview took about 50 minutes. Very laid back. I was told it would take a week, and after a week I got a blanket email stating they would let me know the progress of the interview. I never heard back. I would rather had been told No, than left wondering about for weeks on end.
Easy, and pleasant ask questions that you would know didn't take long at all easy going nice just be yourself answer based on your experience with other jobs you have held...............................

Interview
Origally applied for an Asst. Mgr position but resume was passed on to District Mgr. He reached out and we had a pleasant conversation about opportunities in different locations. Met up and had an in person interview. It wasn't a structured interview. Asked common questions about back ground and experience. Made arrangements for a second interview with a different manager. Did that interview within a couple days. Called the next day and offered me the position.

Interview
Interview the market manager at the store for the first interview in person,later had a phone interview with HR and the Regional Manager . Which went very well. Later Walked the store with the market manager. Talk about what could change.
