I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Phaidon International (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Throughout the interview process you go through two interviews and if you make it to the final round you get the opportunity to participate in a work sample. The work sample is about three hours long and it gives not only the company an opportunity to get to know you as a potential employee but also gives you a chance to get a good perspective of an everyday work schedule. Overall I had a great experience going through this process. My recruiter kept great contact with me, the atmosphere of the office was great and you get a good understanding of the job and how you would fit with the culture of the office.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Phaidon International
Interview
Unfortunately pretty unprofessional on their end, I began interviewing with one recruiter before he suddenly handed me off to another recruiter at a different office location. Took a month for the other recruiter to coordinate with me, scheduled an interview, then proceeded to miss it and wanted to reschedule for another day. I went with it, recruiter was late to the second interview as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Phaidon International (New York, NY)
Interview
They asked me why recruitment, what do I know about the 360 recruitment lifestyle? They also asked what motivates me. The first interview was through an AI platform, and then they called and set up a virtual interview.
Very streamlined interview process, there were a few rounds making it more lengthier than your typical interviewing process. I enjoyed the process throughout though, everyone I met was nice and easy to talk to
