Interview
This is a very laid back environment. The person to contact would be the Office Manager. That person does the hiring. They look for people who not only can work the weekend hours, but are knowledgeable and speak confidently about the wine. Also being available over summer and winter is a huge plus. They might never actually advertise, it's much more word of mouth. But if anyone is truly seeking a job there just keep at it. Leave a resume and call a couple weeks before every semester starts.
