Interview
The interview process took 4 months. Most of it was done over skype with one in person interview in the local office. The skype calls were very hard to hear/understand the team. They ranged for 2-3 people. The skype calls are very relatistic of how the day to day of the position is preformed.

Had you put a "PR" plan together for 4 different months and products. They gave no directions as to their expectations, or what they really define as PR which is very different in New Zealand than in the US.
