I went in and was asked several Customer Service questions. About 3 or 4 questions and after that i was told the pay i would receive. They let me know of dates i can choose to come back a week after and on that date i was given the job and did a bit of training.

What would you do if a Customer came in and was really mad with the service they have received?

Interview
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
