The interview process consisted of a submitted application, then being contacted by the employer. A brief telephone interview was conducted. The telephone interview was to insure that I was aware of the essential functions of the job and to assure that i was capable of performing the necessary functions. It was also to insure that i was aware of what the job actually required. After the telephone interview a brief 1 on 1 interview was conducted. I was given a more detailed job description and then offered a job.
