The interview process is extremely easy. You apply in store and wait for a call back. You'll meet with the store manager and within that week, you get a call back with a job offer. Be careful working for this company though. All be it fun, management is usually gossipy and there is ZERO room for growth unless you get in good with your district manager. The store managers are not going to push your name to the higher ups...

Interview process included phone and in person interview. Questions ranged from background history basic work and skills questions and more advanced situational questions. Examples of questions included positive and difficult customer experiences and sales based questions and how I walked through a sales situation in the past

The whole process was easy going and fast. The staff was professional and polite. It is very sad this company no longer exists in brick and mortar stores but only online.

Interview
The interview was easy and straightforward. They don't take up too much time with unnecessarily long interviews. I had one interview with the store manager. She asked the basic questions you'd expect for retail. They are focused on customer service.
