I applied online. I interviewed at Pima County Superior Court (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone screening was first with general questions. This was followed by in person interview which was more in depth. Questions were about previous experience, organization and customer service. Emphasis on meeting a variety of people, politeness and being on time.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pima County Superior Court (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
All jobs are posted and applied on through the website. Submit a cover letter, resumes and application. Those that meet a preferred set of qualifications get asked to be interviewed by a panel of five or so people. Then an individual department might have an executive interview, though I did not have one. I went with a handful of other people to a written test and we were sorted out by score on a register, with each new position being offered to the person that scored the highest. Incredibly fair!
