Interview
One interview that took about 15 minutes. Took awhile to get hired. The first boss that hired me was very underprepared in many ways and eventually was fired for messing with inventory numbers. It took her at least 2 months to finally hire me. I didn't have any prior experience, which makes it harder to get a job.
Interview phone process and then trial shift with what would have been my whole team. Final interview on phone after the trial shift before offers were handed out. All over and done with within 3 weeks which was good.

Applied online, was interviewed a few days later. They asked about 3 questions about work experience, if I had experience with customer service and what my hobbies were. It took about 3 days. Pretty easy interview.
