I had to come in and answer a few very simple questions, such as about my experience and availability. They don't expect experience usually, as there will be training. They would prefer you to work for at least 16 hrs to get the job, then you can decrease or increase your shifts if you'd like.

Over the phone. Asked a lot of questions about past experience. Then an in person interview asking about what skills I have and how I would go about doing this job.
