Process went very well, took about two weeks. I was happy to accept the offer. Started working right away. Asked basic questions and I replied to all they asked. I was a bit nervous at first but the interviewer put me at ease.
Very simple, the interview was quick, just went over basic previous work experience, availability, and reason for leaving previous job. The interviewer was the RGM and was open to any questions I had regarding the position.
Pretty Short and concise interview. There is not too much is asked of you. Just show up and work and will have no problems, availability will be biggest factor in getting hired most likely
Standard stuff- “tell us about a time you did this”, pretty much corporate 5 questions that they ask you at every single entry level restaurant. Interview doesn’t matter very much, if you can get into a tipped position there like driving or carry out captain you’ll make okay money. Shoot for carry out captain so you don’t add mileage to your car
