I was called for an interview to the Fullerton Ave location a few days after I applied online. The store manager and I shook hands then he immediately handed me a background check form to be filled out right then and there. He asked me if I had any questions. I asked what a normal work week is like and what the starting pay is. He said Assistant Restaurant Managers start out $27,000.00 a year salary with 53 hour work week. He then informed me that if his boss (the Regional Manager) thought I was a good fit I would be back for a second interview. This was a negative experience for me because everything that I was asked was already answered on the online job application and this whole interview took 6 minutes. It took me 40 minutes to get there, parking wasn't free and nothing was accomplished.
