Asking questions related to the job in addition to a swimming evaluation. Must be able to swim a 400 and dive/retrieve a brick from the bottom of a pool followed by treading water with it.

Interview
The interview is a three person panel style interview with three members of the police department. Each member takes turns asking work related questions. The process can be stressful, however it is not intended to be.
