I applied online. I interviewed at Planhat (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Complete waste of time... They don't know how to run an actual MM/Enterprise AE sales cycle. They will ask you the most generic questions and promise all the leads in the US... but you will still be doing the full sales cycle at the low end for an AE. Worst part - actual support is outside US time zone so if you're working a high deal it won't work your time zone, and they expect you to work the entire deal. Good luck. Too many red flags for seasoned sales reps but good for SDR's wanting entry AE roles.

Question 1
Understand how CSM's work and what the process looks like
Was very disorganized and unprofessional. Went through 5 rounds. In person. Skill presentation, mock cold call.
Last round was vetting based on previous experience. Interviewer did not ask questions other than about previous experience. Asked questions such as “why should i believe you.” Interviewer also boasted about weekend plans surrounding drinking many beers. Was very taken aback and was checked out since the question was asked. Many red flags throughout. Stated they were quick to fire, and felt more like interrogation rather than an interview.
