I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
15 to a 20-minute interview conducted by 2 Contact Center Managers and 1 Contact Center Supervisor, and they asked me questions about my prior military service, what job functions that I performed, while I was on active duty. I was also asked to describe the job role functions on my previous job positions that I held before working for Planned Parenthood.

Question 1
Have you had or done call center environment experience before?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Planned Parenthood (Tacoma, WA)
Interview
It was going to be a 15 minute phone interview, but the recruiter (not naming names) didn't even call the phone number that I asked her to call via email (called the first phone number that was listed on my resume instead and left a message even though both phone numbers were listed on my resume). I waited for half an hour until I called (I wounded up getting her voice mail box) as well as leaving an email. We tried to have it rescheduled but she wanted the interview on days that didn't work best with me which I decided to drop out of interview process. I found it frustrating that she didn't even try to call the other phone number which I requested when we communicated via email to set up the interview (I reread my email to make sure I didn't miss anything). This experience doesn't change my perception on this wonderful organization, though I now question how competent and understanding their human resources are. Word of advice if you have multiple phone numbers on your resume list the phone number you would like human resources to call first since sometimes people can disregard the other numbers listed or just have one number only.
