Friendly and kind. Many relevant questions to working in a place that provides sex education and inclusive healthcare. They wanted to know my experience with gender affirming care and certain skills.

Was straight forward and transparent. Communication prior to interviews was streamlined and there were no surprises. They were very flexible regarding timing of interviews as well. It was 3 rounds before I received an offer.
