Applied online and got an email asking to chat after about two weeks.
Phone call was only 10-15 minutes and was mainly to confirm details on my application such as role, loctaion preference, and education.
The interview consisted of two 30-minute interviews back-to-back with partners at the location I would be working. The interviews themselves were very laid back with the partners just trying to get to know you and why you want to work for Plante Moran. Very few behavioral questions were asked.

Interview
There were three sections to the interview. One is a general overview of the company with some newer audit associates. Two interviews, one with a manager and one with a partner. The ones that interviewed me were so kind. Asked typical behavioral questions (manager) and questions about classes (partner). The interview wasn’t too difficult but it was very engaging.

Tell me about a time you encountered adversity in your work place and how you handled it? Tell me about your favorite class? Why was it your favorite? Least favorite? Favorite class that isn’t a business class.

Interview
Two back to back interview on campus with principals for chicago office, very conversational and chill for the whole interview. I got a offer after two days, which is pretty quick.
Standard interview questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you worked in a team, etc. a few specific to resume trying to see if the skills translate to the audit position. No curveballs at all
