There is nothing called process here. All messy things going on in the interview process. I applied through reference. There are random interviews taken which does not make any sense. In experienced interview panel who doesn't have any knowledge on technical front as well as on functional front.
HR is clueless about process, no heads up on the interview rounds. I think they are just trying to be unique by showing that we are different by taking such messy interviews.
Please do not waste time of candidate, work on your interview process. By doing messy interviews you are doing nothing good to you and candidates.
