Player Research Client Relations Manager interview questions

Had one telephone interview and two video interviews. They were fine, though contact in between was sporadic. Then following the final interview there was no more contact at any stage despite me phoning & emailing for an update/feedback. Odd as it all seemed very positive before that. Of course communication like that would make you glad you're not working in that environment (though that could just be sour grapes on my part!). But it surely doesn't reflect well on the organisation.
