Easy interview process, clear communication. Knew the manager so made it easier, staff was good, apart from one person but you get that in every workplace. Left the company due to manager leaving and it meant I was opening and closing the store when I was not trained to do so.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous work experience, how it relates to the role.
Very relaxed, felt more like a chat with a mate. Started with a casual introduction to the manager, was asked personal questions, what I'd do in certain situations and then asked the employer any questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Plumbase (Exeter, England) in Oct 2013
Interview
Met the branch manager at the company site where the job was. Went on too meet the regional manager at the local travel lodge where the interview was conducted in the restraunt which I thought was odd, but was ok. Had my cv which was briefly read. Various questions asked on my previous experiences and work. Skills that I had, and qualifications were asked about. Process was pretty easy, but I thought at the time it was very unprofessional which I thought was odd for a national PLC company.
