Interview
Telephone interview to begin with, very casual and friendly just to find out a bit more about you and your suitability for the role. Then came the Culture interview which was actually pretty enjoyable - mixture between standard interview questions and a few 'outside the box' ones to stir up casual conversation. Both interviewers again were really friendly and likeable. Lastly came the 'Technical' interview which was with Dept Manager and a Team Leader who were both lovely, engaging people. A few standard interview questions were thrown in but on the whole it just felt like we were having a good, two-way conversation. Throughout the whole process, it was very evident they were interested as you as an individual, not just what was written on your CV.

Got a response several days later after applying online and arranged for a phone interview. The interview was simple and quick where the recruiter asked questions about my cv, background and experience.
