There were three rounds of interviewing which included meeting multiple members of the team as well as various teams. Really friendly people and very welcoming environment and seems to have a great office culture. All interview rounds were conducted via zoom and thorough. Great experience!

How would a former employer describe you in one word?
Applied online and got fast response to do a phone interview. A week later I was booked for the 2nd phone interview which went well. Was told my skill set and experience was a good fit for the role and I would hear back to get an interview on campus. A week later I got a rejection letter which I understand. My problem is that this company seems to really lead people on for the roles at Policygenius. It was a total waste of time to go through this process after being told repeatedly I was good fit and my experience was impressive. Just be upfront and direct with your process and stop misleading people ...you guys are just burning through good applications.
