Pollard Banknote Limited interview questions

I had a pre-screening interview. There were 9 questions and 3 attempts to record the answers. The questions were mostly about previous project management experience, for example, "provide us with the example, when you planned the scope of the project".

HR interview, followed by the technical interview, and finally live coding task which was refactoring of the existing code. The entire process was extremely slow and exhausting, despite they stated they do exactly the opposite. In addition to that, the position seems to be open indefinitely, even months after I've applied.
