Virtual interviews. There were 2 rounds of interviews which involved half hour meetings with a total of 10 people at various levels within the firm. Everyone was extremely warm and easy to talk to to.

Interview
The interview process is quick moving interview, but lagged in response time (response time is better response time right now with the staff shortage). Interviews are typically a block of time, maybe 2-3 hours, which 15 minute blocks for different attorneys.
