Interview
I was called by the manager to set up a time for an in-person interview, which was essentially just the manager describing the position. I was offered the job pending successful completion of the background check and drug screening, both of which I passed successfully. There weren't any technical or personality related questions asked, and the entire interview itself took roughly 30 minutes.

By phone, with a HR recruiter first, an initial call and then a second one more extensive. A week later a conference call with two managers of the area. General questions, about experience, how to deal with co-workers, how I would manage a situation with somebody "difficult to deal with).

Interview
The hiring process is very simple and easy. If you make it for an interview, you got the job. The interview I had was management telling me what i was going to do, and told me to make sure I have music to listen to as the offshifts get boring. I will be expected to stay awake the entire shift that I was scheduled to work, but music is allowed.

Basically asked if I could move 50 pounds or not. and if I knew where the old IBM Building in Lexington Ky. Was offered the position fairly quickly but had to wait to get access to the raised floor work area.
