I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Porchlight (Madison, WI) in May 2020
Interview
The interviewing process begins with an initial phone call, and is then followed up with a longer interview that lasts about thirty minutes long. It was a standard process similar to many other jobs.

Interview
From outside the area, a series of over the phone interviews...mostly the routine, but also including some pretty different exercises (the most memorable being a LENGTHY round of word associations).
Notes on the process:
- the interviews themselves weren't terrible, even with the odd exercises whose focus was understandably to get to know candidates' personalities
- there was, however, a lot of unprofessionalism. Management was very poor with explaining their end of things, answering questions, and justifying decisions. More than anything, they contacted several references BEFORE the final interview (nonetheless a job offer, which they didn't ultimately make).
- I'll note that all staff I'd talked with at that time seems to have left since then as well
