Interview
Positive Equity’s interview process is conversational and relationship-focused, featuring behavioural questions about your interests, hobbies, motivations, and values, alongside discussion of investment thinking, cultural fit, and long term alignment. interviewer was nice enough. Slow process didn't receive interview until 2 months after applying
The interview was pretty laid back and quite personal, only one round. I believe others in my cohort had to do two but I only had a one on one interview with the founder.
