I was requested for a phone interview and had to be persistent to actually schedule one with them. The interviewer was very pleasant and asked meaningful questions to try and understand who you are as a person and to see if you would fit into their culture.

Interview
The interviewer was cordial and personable. The interview itself was in person and can be defined as a behavioral interview with minimal technical questions. The technical questions related to the products that they produce in their shop. For example, I was asked to identify a dimension of a machined part as well as describe the machining process.

Interview
Lengthy! I spoke with HR, Hiring manager, the team I would be working with, and the CCO before receiving the offer. The team members asked the more hard hitting questions, but everyone was much more interested in who I am as a person and my communication skills and work ethic than my specific technical skills which I appreciated! Everyone was incredibly kind and they gave me an update within a day of each interview every time!
