My interview process first started with a phone Interview. Once I passed that section I took an online personality test before going in person. The in person interview started off with the HR person I interviewed with on the phone. That went on for about an hour talking about my resume and what Ive done and how I think precipart is a good fit for me and vice versa. Once that part was done the Director came in with a recent hire. I had specific questions lined up about the job that I asked and from there it lead into an hour long conversation about the company and how they carry out certain things acquiring new business and what is done. After that was done the VP came in and again that was more along the lines of just having a good conversation. They wanted to bring in the CEO but he was in a meeting but that was about it.
