Interview
I was recommended to work here by a previous co-worker who came to Preferred. My interview was one of the easiest I have ever had. The manager, KayAnne, spoke to me like I was a long time friend and told me everything I wanted to know about the company. She asked typical interview questions like "Why do you want to work here?" "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" but she also asked me questions I had never gotten in an interview like "What are your dreams? Your hobbies?" ect. to get to know me a little better. It brought peace to my mind and made me feel like this was a company that cared about it's employees past just answering the phones.
