I was shortlisted through the CDAC campus placement process. The overall selection procedure comprised multiple stages designed to evaluate both technical and interpersonal competencies.
The process began with two assessment rounds: an aptitude test, followed by a coding test to assess problem-solving abilities and programming skills.
Upon successfully clearing these rounds, I proceeded to Technical Interview I, which focused on core technical concepts and subject knowledge. This was followed by Technical Interview II, which involved a more in-depth evaluation of my technical expertise and practical understanding.
Finally, the process concluded with an HR interview, which assessed my communication skills, professional attitude, and overall suitability for the role.
