Smooth communication and the recruiting process. Everything transparent and explained in details. Unfortunately not flexible with working remotely, as moving to a new bigger office. Quite difficult to get some feedback from the employees as there are only 2 reviews here.

Interview
The interview process consists of basic interview questions and a troubleshooting test to see if you know how to troubleshoot. I was not aware that there will be a test so be prepared. Once the basic interview questions was completed, they asked how long do you planned on working for us and your availability.

Interview
Getting hired was a very good experience. The one problem I had was once I was hired it was disclosed to me that my boss (the one I interviewed with) was leaving the company and my boss started the same day I did. Process for getting hired was pretty smooth and so was asking questions about insurance, etc.

The most difficult problem I had was during my employment there just didn't seem to be enough work. I suggested numerous things to my boss that started the same day I did only to get told to not give my opinion. Because of the lack of work for me I was laid off
