I posted on Job Street and was contacted to attend interview at the Factory. The interviewer explained the Job requirement and honestly shared the expected challenges I may face in performing the task. Overall a quick interview process and interviewer was open to answer my concerns on the job.

Interview
Very easy. Was interviewed by the top management people. Since they are top management, they basically are very busy. No questions were asked about personality. Basically is if you are passionate about food, you will be selected. During the interview, they were only telling you how good their products are and how well known their product is. In the end is a matter of do you want the job or not.
