Interview
Interview was a conversation. We had some history from past career interactions. When you have 25+ years in the automotive industry, you talk about experience and not "prove to me that your resume is accurate". There may have been some "scenario" questions, however, it was not a one-sided interrogation. It was a two way conversation.
