Very outdated assessment tests as part of the application process. 15 minute timed aptitude with math and logic puzzles along with a personality test was a generic "do I get angry easily" and "I mostly think I'm a good person" blurbs that require you to pick a scale of how much you relate to the statement.
Application process took far too long for this job level, and was not a great reflection of direct skills needed for the role.
After all the additional time required to walk through the application process, the company then fails to send any followup communications.
Whoever is in charge of screening for candidates: DO BETTER. There are far better tactics available to use for screening relevant, strong candidates.
