Interview
Super professional all the way. The talent team kept me in the loop each step, they also shared feedback closely after each session over email as well as in impromptu calls. The interview challenges were on spot and helped the interviewers as well as me to get a clear picture on what type of person they are searching for the EM role.

Question 1
Cultural alignment: We are humans - share a story when you messed up something and caused production issues?
System design - how to design an SDK solution, close to what the team is working on. Concentrating on the interactions between the server + client, how to handle state, handle external calls, polling, etc.

Interview
Their screening process is a mess. I applied for the advertised position which described exactly the responsibilities I currently have, word by word. Exactly the same business domain and product area, and all of that is listed in my CV. I received a generic rejection email saying that they will go with other candidates who are a stronger match. It's really impossible to have a stronger match than this, but they still said so. Probably I dodged a bullet.
