I submitted my application through the website before the fall deadline. The application required three letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, and a diversity statement. Acceptances were announced within two months of the deadline. When I applied, there was no interview, but that has since changed.

Interview
Very much discussion oriented, no excessively pointed or aggressive questions. Good back and forth with the interviewer. They do a good job of making the whole interview day pretty painless.

Interview
There wasn't really an interview process. They just look at your application, which does need to be very competitive. GRE scores, recommendation letters, GPA, and writing sample. Typical application.
